Off Limit Questions

I was listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show on my way to work this past week and they had a 30 sec phone blast where callers called in to say what their dates could and could not ask them on the 1st dates. This got me to thinking what topics are off limits? What questions are a definite must in the early stages? Can I not ask how many baby mommas mothers do you have children by? Should I as if you are ready to be husband up ready for a serious relationship?
